  11.     Hi all,

  13.     A friend of mine recently acquired a used A2232 card.  I have yet
  14. to see it, but anyway, the main question he has is "What kind of cables
  15. do I use with this thing?"  I had assumed it used 8-pin DIN-type cables,
  16. and he ordered one but it doesn't seem to work with any of his modems.
  17. Are there are special cables out there that he needs, or can he simply
  18. use a Mac modem cable?  
  19.  
  20.     Also, I told him about the crystal doubling hack to get 38400 out of
  21. the card.  Obviously, all ports running at 38400 will not be lightning
  22. fast, but I'm assuming its possible, correct?
